Agreement
By installing or using NiHao Guest you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your own Apple devices, for your own learning and work. You may not copy, sell, rent or share the app or its content, take it apart or try to get at its source code, or use it for anything unlawful.
What the course is
The course teaches common phrases for working in a hotel. We try to make it accurate and useful, but we cannot promise any result, such as a level of Chinese, a job or a guest's understanding. Speech feedback is a guide, not a test.
Purchase and refunds
The full course is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The App Store processes the payment. Refunds and billing problems are handled by Apple under Apple's rules; please ask Apple. You can restore an earlier purchase with "Restore purchases" while signed in with the same Apple ID.
Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, to the extent these terms do not cover a matter.
Content and ownership
The lessons, texts, recordings, pictures and the app itself belong to Jiangsu Touch Explorer Co., Ltd. or its licensors. These terms give you the right to use them in the app, and no other right.
No warranty
The app is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using it or from not being able to use it, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the price you paid for the app. Nothing here limits rights that the law gives you and that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may change these terms. The new version applies when it is published in the app with a new effective date. If you keep using the app after that, you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without removing any rights that the law of your country gives you as a consumer.
